Kitchen has been my sweet escape during this self- quarantine due to the Covid-19. Various recipes were made and became an endless experiment. One day, a pack of limes fossils from my uncle who lives in Sukabumi were decaying in a fridge. I still remember when he gave me herb for hair that was made of the same processed lime, and I asked him how to make it, eventually. Turned out what I made was so plentiful that I could even share it to some of my friends. And then, they suggested that I should produce and sell it . Now, I am following their suggestion, once in a few weeks, I will be diving in processing the limes in grandma’s kitchen. I experimented on how to make it thicker. Also, I tried to process its liquid waste. I make this as a fun activity with no end.
