
The second point (after Indrapatra Fortress) from the relics of three centers of the kingdom of Hindu / Aceh Lhee Sagoe / Aceh Tiga Segi, is the Indrapuri Old Mosque.

Based on architectural relics, the Hindu kingdom existed since 500 BC in Aceh and grew to other areas. That said, the kingdom of Poli Hindu Aceh is the first and oldest in Indonesia.



Sheikh Abdullah Kan’an (or Tengku Abdulah Lampeuneuen – Peureulak, East Aceh), and Johan (Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Lingga), helped and won the battle of the Lamuri Kingdom with Chinese troops. After that, the king & the people converted to Islam. Indrapuri, the building is still suitable for use, cleaning of statues. In 1205 AD, it was converted into a mosque. This process began — a pyramid-like / 3-layer roof — a model of building styles in other regions and became one of the strategies to spread the Islamic archipelago.


It is said that the invading Chinese troops were thousands of women under the orders of the Nian Nio Lian Khie War Commander (later to become Putroe Neng). They came from the Western Liao Dynasty founded by the Khitans, the majority of whom females were the leaders.
