Golla Kambu Mandar is made from brown sugar, coconut and sticky rice, then wrapped in dried banana leaves.
I deliberately brought a few packages from Mandar, as it suggested that the first impression of meeting new people feels sweet like Golla Kambu. Besides, I think people will love to bring souvenirs from a particular area. I really want to bring it from my hometown. I selected the Golla Kambu which tastes the best, in my opinion.

The two drinks are tuak (fermented from rice and pulut). The red one tastes very fresh and delicious. These sweets are combined into mani ’kamati (hopefully the writing is correct) in the Dayak Desa language, which means very sweet. Very sweet, but, anyway, the Golla Kambu is out. Served while chatting and waiting for the grandmother who will spin a yarn.
